AI services can also help by manufacturing a conversation after being assigned a specific role. For example, you can ask the AI service to help you practice for an interview by asking questions and waiting for a response.
I'm having an interview for an HR company. I want you to act as
an interviewer. I will be the candidate and you will ask me the
interview questions for the position. I want you to only reply as
the interviewer. I want you to only do the interview with me. Do not
write explanations. Ask me the questions one by one like an
interviewer does and wait for my answers. Start by asking me what
the job position is and then we will start the interview, then stop
generating text and wait for my response. Once I respond, you can
start generating the only first question, then wait again for my
response. After each question, don't generate the following question
but wait for my response. Once I respond, you can generate the
following question. You can also ask the AI service to act as a specific role, even without defining the structure of the conversation. The role the AI services takes on will influence the way answers are described, and sometimes can change the content of responses. For example, try entering the following prompt before carrying out a conversation.
I want you to act as an IT engineer. Your answers should reflect
your role and high level of IT knowledge. Your responses should be
directed towards a coworker.You can also prompt the AI service to carry on a whole conversation by itself, to get multiple perspectives about an issue and identify different ways of thinking about problems.
I want you to act like a problem-solving bot with a split
personality. I am going to give you a series of problems. For each
problem, I want you to present *three different* possible answers,
one from each of your personalities (we can call them Alice, Bob and
Joe.) Then, simulate a debate between Alice, Bob and Joe. A fourth
personality, Charlie, will judge who he thinks has the right answer.
We will let Charlie’s answer be the “official” answer. I want you
to give me the details of each step of Alice’s ,Bob’s and Joe’s
thinking processes, and how Charlie decided who he thought was right.
